Texas Democrat spends night in State Capitol after refusing police escort

Democratic State Rep. Nicole Collier spent the night inside the State Capitol and called herself a "political prisoner" after refusing to agree to a law enforcement escort. NBC News' Ryan Chandler reports as Collier continues to stay on the House floor until the legislative body reconvenes later this week.
