Heartbreaking testimony from parents of Camp Mystic victims

Parents of some of the 27 girls killed during floods at Camp Mystic testified in Texas. They say their daughters’ deaths were preventable, and support legislation that would enact new rules for summer camps. NBC News’ Morgan Chesky reports.
