Tennis superstar Serena Williams joins TODAY and clears the air to announce she is taking a GLP-1 medication through Ro, for which she is a paid spokesperson. She opens up about how she hopes this brings the conversation into the open and destigmatizes its use. “I literally tried everything,” she says. “Even I felt like, ‘OK, I don’t want to do this because it is a shortcut or it is, like, a quick way out,’ but it actually isn’t.”
