‘These kids were literally praying’: Minneapolis mayor reacts to shooting at Catholic church

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey called for empathy and support for the families of victims killed in a shooting at a Catholic church. Police said that multiple children were dead and over a dozen were injured in the shooting.
