U.S. conducts strike on boat from Venezuela

The White House released video of a lethal strike on a boat in the southern Caribbean. President Trump says the boat was carrying drugs from Venezuela and that the strike killed 11 members of a notorious gang. Tensions with Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro are rapidly escalating.
