Children killed by Israeli strike while getting water in 'safe area'

Palestinian health authorities said at least 13 people were killed, including seven children, in an Israeli strike as they tried to collect drinking water in Al-Mawasi — a part of Gaza the Israeli military told Palestinians to head to. The Israeli military initially told NBC News that it had no record of strikes in the area of Al-Mawasi that day. NBC News' Richard Engel reports.
