White House moves to end some airline passenger protections

The Department of Transportation says it plans to drop a Biden administration plan that would require airlines to pay passengers if a flight is delayed due to an airline issue. The White House also wants to put an end to a price transparency rule. NBC News' Tom Costello explains the updates.
