Video shows Minneapolis church shooter buying gun before attack, appearing ‘perfectly normal’: store owner

The shooter in Minneapolis who shot and killed 2 children, injuring 21 people during a Catholic school Mass, bought a firearm four days prior, a gun store owner said.
