Blackburn cheers Trump's move to 'Make Memphis Safe Again'

Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., applauded President Donald Trump's decision to send the National Guard to Memphis, Tenn., which the FBI reported had the highest crime rate in the country.
