Charlie Kirk's alleged shooter not cooperating with authorities, Utah Gov. Cox says

Gov. Spencer Cox, R-Utah, said Sunday during an interview with ABC's Martha Raddatz that Tyler Robinson, Charlie Kirk's alleged killer, was not cooperating with authorities.
