Immigration Judge Orders Deportation of Mahmoud Khalil

An immigration judge ordered the deportation of pro-Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil, alleging he omitted information from his green card application. Khalil is a former Columbia University graduate student whose a vocal opponent of Israel’s war in Gaza. He was detained by ICE in March and released in June.
