Starmer: Kirk's assassination was 'shocking'

During a joint news conference in England, British PM Keir Starmer called Charlie Kirk's assassination "shocking" to "everybody who believes in free speech and democracy," saying he reached out to President Trump after it happened because he understood the impact.
